How do I know when my gift card is delivered?

You will receive an email confirmation once the recipient receives the eGift card. Check "received" status on the Your Orders page.

What if I enter the wrong email or phone number?

You can update the email or phone number until the card is redeemed. Once redeemed, the order cannot be canceled or refunded, and the balance cannot be transferred. If delivery fails, we'll notify you to update and resend.

How quickly are email or text gift cards delivered?

eGift Cards are typically delivered within 5 minutes. Occasionally, there may be delays. Monitor your gift card status in Your Orders. Scheduled deliveries will send on the selected day.
